Weekly property checks ensures your home is in working order at any given time. Our comprehensive checklist covers everything from faulty light bulbs to leaking pipes, unresponsive remotes, wi-fi checks, jammed windows, among other potential issues. Once we identify a problem, we aim to fix it immediately. Minor repairs will be done in-house while the more extensive repairs will be handled by our team of trusted partners readily available to address our clients’ needs. Maintaining your property in excellent condition and functioning optimally at all times is our priority.
Vendor Management/Coordination
Mundane tasks can be time-consuming and stressful, so we take the burden off your shoulders, allowing you to actually enjoy your time spent Out East. From housecleaners, HVAC technicians and plumbers, to electricians, contractors, or any deliveries, we’ll handle the scheduling of, providing access to and assisting as needed ensuring that the job is done to your satisfaction. A post job cleanup is also provided to ensure you aren’t inconvenienced in any way.
Renovation & Construction Management
We offer a comprehensive range of services that covers every aspect of the renovation process. From conceptualizing and creating renderings to sourcing materials and outsourcing servicemen. Weekly check ins detail your upcoming requirements so that we can make customized arrangements based on your individual needs.
Rental Turn-Over
We take care of all the operational aspects of managing your seasonal rentals. Our services encompass weekly checks on the pool, landscaping, HVAC, pipes, and the overall condition of the property. We also handle simple repairs and coordinate with contractors and service technicians when necessary. Our team prepares the property before the tenant moves in, including liaising with cleaning services, stocking supplies, and itemizing belongings. After the tenant moves out, we ensure deep cleaning and necessary repairs are conducted, and prepare the home for your next tenant. We take care of the turnover maintenance, and act as the main point of contact for tenants and their needs, so you don't have to. Additionally, we are available for emergency response services.
Seasonal Services
Our quarterly seasonal services are designed to keep your home in top condition year-round. Services include the set-up and break down of outdoor furniture and appliances, coordinating the opening, closing and maintenance for your home’s amenities, gutter inspection and cleaning, window screen removal, cleaning, and replacement, smoke and carbon monoxide detector checks, and storm preparedness amongst a variety of other options. Weekly checks ensure that winterized homes are properly maintained, and summer homes are free of incidents when not in use.
